INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship internationally to most countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country of residence. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

All shipments are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.Please note that refusal to pay such charges or any delays caused by customs are not valid reasons for order cancellation or product return.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@turbomoka.it. We will assist in tracking and, where applicable, initiate an investigation with the courier service.
