Each Turbo Moka is individually handcrafted, so minor surface imperfections are normal and do not affect its performance. For this reason, cosmetic variations are not eligible for return. However, if your product arrives with functional defects or damages that compromise its use (e.g., lid does not close properly, structural damage), please contact us with clear photos of the issue.

• Each Turbo Moka is made to order. Therefore cancellations, returns and refunds are not possible, however in good faith we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may accept returns.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Please note that shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs charges, the cost of the return shipment and any related fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@turbomoka.it with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
