RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
