We are pleased to present the Turbo Moka – Cortina d’Ampezzo Edition, the three-cup coffee maker created in collaboration with the Municipality. The Turbo Moka was created in Cortina in 2024, born from the need to consume less gas without sacrificing the pleasure of a good coffee. In a magnificent place, where resources are precious, we understand the importance of not wasting them. That's why the Turbo Moka achieves the same result while using half the gas: a new standard for the all-Italian coffee maker. Available exclusively at the Cortina Cooperative and in our online store, this special edition pays homage to the place where it was invented: a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rich in character and extraordinary natural beauty.
Turbo Moka brews coffee in half the time and uses up to 50% less gas than a traditional moka pot, making it the most energy-efficient moka pot available today.
Its finned aluminum base, inspired by turbine-engine design, increases heat absorption and improves thermal efficiency. This allows water to heat faster, produces a richer and more aromatic coffee, and cools quickly to avoid over-extraction and bitterness.
Every Turbo Moka is 100% Made in Italy, manufactured in Omegna, Piemonte and Milan the birthplace of the original moka pot.
Turbo Moka is optimized for gas stoves, compatible with electric stoves, and works with induction cooktops when used with a suitable adapter.
